THE FORMA ROUNDEL
The Roundel image is well recognised as a rather British thing, Minis, Mods and Spitfires etc. But when you tailor it to the colours and dimensions of your choice you make it very personal.
We wanted something that could represent a number of things, both personal and business philosophy.
The Forma clock uses 'mini-roundels' as the points of the clock. The twelve points of the clock are something we all like and associate with, even though that can be sometimes a reminder of our own mortal coil!
We like to think of it as an image that reminds us to use each day well.
And it's a nice way to organise our menu of training and coaching sessions.
The colours are chosen carefully, our MD Steve was born in Liverpool by the sea, the son of a sailor, and is an Everton Fan, so blue is important. He is of Irish roots and now lives and works in Glasgow so these colours are personal and playful. But why the grey? Well, first of all, grey is underrated but it also represents the fact that not everything is in black and white. At Forma we like to explore the reality in the grey and not the dogma of the black and white.
